Some customers want to keep their homes current color and siding style. On this well maintained home we matched their existing siding style and color scheme. We also covered all exposed wood trim, including the dormers with a color that matched their original paint color.

We updated the look of this 1980’s home by replacing the old faded aluminum siding with Certainteed Beaded vinyl siding. We included an insulation board to increase energy efficiency. Then we replaced the energy leaking aluminum windows with new Certainteed Bryn Mayr II vinyl replacement windows. We added trim above the windows and new trim boards in the gables with a new front door and new feature around the door. The house looks as if it could have been built yesterday.

Three sidings and extra planning turned this home into a real beauty. We made detailed drawings showing the location of the three sidings in three complimenting colors. This home now has a new model look.

A beautiful home with a big problem! The two-story bay window required constant wood replacement and re-painting. The customer didn’t want to lose the attractive wood panels that made up the bay. We covered the bay to match the existing style. At the same time, we covered the balance of the wood trim and the trim on the former. No more painting, no more wood replacement.
